• Impersonation, fraud, harassment, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination.

3. Matchmaking Services

Matchmaking results depend on user-provided information and personal preferences. Thisum.lk does not guarantee matches, relationships, or marriage outcomes.

We are not responsible for interactions, communications, or disputes between users outside the platform.

4. Wedding & Event Service Providers

Third-party vendors listed on Thisum.lk operate independently. We do not control, manage, or guarantee the quality, pricing, or delivery of their services.

• Any agreement entered with a vendor is solely between you and the vendor.
• Thisum.lk is not liable for service failures, delays, or disputes involving vendors.

5. Payments & Transactions

Payments made through the platform may be processed via third-party payment providers. Thisum.lk does not store sensitive payment information.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and individual vendor terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and software on Thisum.lk are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thisum.lk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or service dissatisfaction.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Thisum.lk within the last 6 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

10. Changes to Terms
